Safety Instructions for the Hoppediz Weighing Sling

Proper Use:
- The weighing sling is designed solely for the short-term weighing of babies in combination with a hanging scale (hanging scale not included in the package).
- Suitable for newborns and babies weighing up to 8 kg.
- The weighing sling is not a baby carrier and must not be used for carrying babies.

Risk of Suffocation:
- Ensure that your baby's face remains uncovered and free while being weighed in the sling.
- Avoid pressing your baby's chin against their chest to prevent breathing difficulties.

Risk of Falling:
- Make sure the weighing sling is securely attached to the hanging scale.
- Check the stability of the hanging scale and the strength of the suspension before each use.

Safe Weighing:
- Weigh your baby only flat above a soft surface to prevent injuries in case of a fall.

Supervision Required:
- Never leave your baby unattended while they are being weighed.
- Remove the baby from the sling and scale immediately after weighing.

Material Care:
- Wash the weighing sling according to the care instructions (up to 60 °C) and avoid using harsh cleaning agents.
- Regularly check the sling for tears, holes, or frayed edges. Do not use the sling if it is damaged.
