How to wrap a baby in a sling
There are different ways of tying the ring sling. You can use your ring sling as a hip or belly carrier. With the help of our instructions, you can try out all the variations and discover your favourite.
Tying the Ring Sling - Front-carry
Here you will find the instructions for the front carrier, in which you can carry your baby from birth (approx. 3 kg). You can pre-tie the Ring Sling, which makes the carrier ready for use very quickly. When your baby is sitting in the baby carrier, you should fasten the sling again. The fabric of the sling will then adjust to you and your baby.
Tying the Ring Sling - Tilt Front-carry
Here you will find the instructions for the tummy sling variant tummy sling tilted. Some parents find this variant more comfortable. Tying is made easier by the two-coloured edges of our ring slings, as well as by the different coloured sides of our jacquard slings.
Tying the Ring Sling - Hip-carry
Here you will find the instructions for the hip-carry hip-sit. This type of carrier should only be used when your baby can hold its head securely (approx. from the 4th month). This carrying variation for the ring sling is ideal for short distances, e.g. shopping. Due to the so-called fan folding, the sling fabric adapts perfectly to you and your baby.
