Payment and shipping
Payment Methods:
Convenient payment methods are available, including bank transfer (advance payment), PayPal, and credit card. The exact amount and the account data (only important in case of advance payment) will be given to you in the confirmation e-mail. Shipping will be done as soon as we have received the payment. Cash on delivery is also possible in Germany, but the costs are considerably higher. Shipping will be carried out on receipt of your order.
You can accelerate a bank transfer from abroad and reduce the costs by using IBAN and BIC. The required data are shown at the bottom of this page and in the confirmation e-mail.
Please always indicate the order number in the field 'Reference for Payment' when transferring money.
Postage Costs:
We ship with DHL. (Shipping to Austria is handled by Österreichische Post)
