How do I return my order?
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Simply follow the instructions below to register your return and create your return documents. Your refund will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return.
Returns from Germany are free of charge.
If you are returning an order from outside Germany, please register your return via our returns portal as well. You will then need to send the return back to us independently and at your own expense.
In Germany, you can conveniently drop off your return at your local DHL shop at more than 25,000 locations. Please keep your proof of postage until you receive a confirmation email that your return has arrived.
Refund
The payment of the credit depends on the payment method used and is refunded in this way.
For returns: The purchase amount will be automatically refunded within 7 days as soon as we have received and processed your return.
In the event of cancellation: If you have canceled the order or if the article is not available, you will receive the amount paid back immediately.
