Here we go:
Slide the Balloon through the slot in the envelope into the inside, and then inflate the Balloon until the envelope is filled. Don’t knot the Balloon but place the twisted end under the flap of the Balloon envelope.

Safety Instructions for the Hoppediz Balloon Cover

Proper Use:

The balloon cover is specifically designed to be placed over an inflated balloon to create a playable ball.
Suitable for children aged 3 and older under adult supervision.
The balloon cover is to be used exclusively with the included balloons or comparable balloons made of natural rubber latex.

Hazards from Balloons:

Warning! Balloons are not suitable for children under 36 months, as small parts may be swallowed.
Children under 8 years old may choke on uninflated or broken balloons!
Keep uninflated balloons away from children, and remove broken balloons immediately.
Use a pump to inflate the balloons! Inflating them by mouth can cause injuries, such as eye injuries.

Hazards from Bursting Balloons:

Warning! Bursting balloons can create a sound pressure level of up to 168 decibels, equivalent to a firecracker or a gunshot.
A single burst at this volume is enough to cause hearing damage.

Material and Product Care:

The balloons are made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergies.
Store balloons in a dark, cool, and dry place (not below 5 °C).
Protect balloons from heat and direct sunlight in summer.
Balloons have a shelf life of approximately 1 year. Dispose of them properly after expiration.

Hazards from Improper Use:

The balloon cover is not a toy for children under 3 years old (choking hazard due to small parts).
Always use the balloon cover and balloons under adult supervision.
