The Primeo baby carrier is a full-buckle carrier that you can use from birth and is also perfect for premature babies. With its crossed and fanned-out sling straps, it transfers the baby's weight to the bony structure of your body instead of your muscles. This relieves the particularly sensitive neck muscles. The Primeo baby carrier is comfortable and intuitive to use and holds your little one close to your heart. This creates a bond that lasts a lifetime.

You can pre-set the baby carrier, gently slide your baby into it and tighten it, which reduces stress and increases the feeling of security when putting it on, especially for first-time users. Markings on the straps make adjustment easier for parents of different sizes. The Primeo baby carrier is made from tried-and-tested cross-stretch sling fabric and can be easily and quickly adjusted to different body sizes of parents and children.

The Primeo - Front carrier

Here you will find the instructions for the front carrier. You can carry your baby in our baby carrier from birth, even if your baby cannot yet hold its head independently. There are press studs on the shoulder straps to support the head. The perfect spread-squat position allows your baby's hips and joints to develop optimally. The Primeo can be pre-adjusted so that your baby can simply be put into the carrier and then only the shoulder straps need to be tightened.

The Primeo - back carrier

Your child is already a bit bigger and loves to be carried? Then the back carrier is just right for you and your child. The heavier weight of your child is comfortably distributed in the back carrier. Carried on your back, your baby has a clear view and can explore the world, while your hands are free for other activities.

Safety Instructions for the Hoppediz Primeo Baby Carrier

Proper Use:

The Primeo baby carrier is suitable for babies weighing between 2.5 and 15 kg.
Read the instructions carefully before using the baby carrier for the first time.
Use the baby carrier for one child only in the designated position.

Risk of Suffocation:

Warning! Always monitor your baby and ensure their mouth and nose are unobstructed.
Your baby’s chin should not rest on their chest, as this may restrict breathing.
Premature babies, babies with respiratory issues, or babies under 4 months old are at an increased risk of suffocation. Consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

Risk of Falling:

Ensure the leg openings are tight enough to securely encircle your baby’s legs.
Check before each use that all buckles and knots are securely fastened.
Never bend forward at the waist; always squat down to maintain balance.

Do Not Use While Sleeping:

Never use the baby carrier while sleeping. There is a risk of rolling over onto your baby and endangering them.

Not Suitable For:

Sports activities such as running, cycling, swimming, or skiing.
Use in or on motorized vehicles.

Keep Airways Clear:

Make sure your baby’s face is always visible and free from obstructions.

Movement and Balance Precautions:

Your movements and those of your baby can affect your balance.
Do not use the baby carrier if your balance or mobility is impaired due to medication or illness.

Material Inspection:

Regularly check the baby carrier for signs of wear or damage, such as torn straps, fabric, or seams.
Do not use the baby carrier if it is damaged.

Care Instructions:

The baby carrier is machine washable at up to 40 °C.
Do not use fabric softeners, do not spin above 1,000 rpm, and do not tumble dry.

Storage:

Keep the baby carrier out of reach of children when not in use and store it in the supplied bag.

Adapting to Your Baby:

Ensure your baby is securely seated, with their legs in the correct M-position (knees higher than the bottom).
Carry your child facing you until they can hold their head upright independently.
